Sommige wijken doen het beter dan anderen. Wijkproblematiek zoals armoede, kwetsbare doelgroepen of geweld kunnen complexe dynamieken veroorzaken met allerlei onvoorzienne gevolgen. In Tuikwerd stuitten wij bijvoorbeeld op wapengeweld, geëscaleerde relaties tussen burgers & instanties en ernstige gezondheidsproblematiek onder inwoners.
